One Hundred Nights of Taps, Gettysburg, Educational Feature: Enduring Pathways

In order to enhance the visitor’s experience and engagement, a high-interest educational feature, Enduring Pathways, is included into the program. Every evening throughout the summer, we walk through the beautiful Gettysburg National Cemetery, guided by pathways that bring us to the Soldiers’ National Monument. While walking along the pathways, we are surrounded by the graves of fallen heroes and their enduring stories of sacrifice, sorrow, and extraordinary bravery.

And those same pathways converge here to the place where, in 1863, President Abraham Lincoln delivered the Gettysburg Address, one of the greatest speeches of all time.

Gettysburg National Cemetery’s pathways are America’s enduring pathways that guide us to our history.
